1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing witsa.co or engaging the services of Updated Perspective Marketing Group ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

Updated Perspective Marketing Group provides strategic marketing services including but not limited to: brand identity development, digital marketing, event management, film and content production, and influencer marketing. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by individual engagement agreements or statements of work signed between the client and the Company.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on witsa.co — including text, graphics, logos, case studies, and creative work — is the exclusive property of Updated Perspective Marketing Group or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Deliverables produced for clients transfer to the client upon full payment as agreed in the applicable contract.

4. Client Obligations

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for service delivery
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Respect the confidentiality of proprietary methodologies and processes

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may be subject to fees as outlined therein. The Company reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts. All fees are exclusive of applicable VAT, which will be charged in accordance with Saudi tax regulations.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of each other's proprietary information, trade secrets, and business strategies disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of any agreement for a period of three (3) years, unless otherwise specified.

7. PDPL & Data Compliance

Updated Perspective Marketing Group processes personal data in accordance with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). When processing personal data on behalf of clients as a data processor, we will act only on documented client instructions and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Saudi law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the applicable contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. The Company retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless expressly prohibited by a signed confidentiality agreement.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or through arbitration as mutually agreed in the applicable engagement agreement.

11. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. We make no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
